Pasta Tip

You never want to run cold water over your pasta unless you are making a cold pasta dish. Running cold water over hot pasta for a hot dish takes away some of the stickiness and does not allow the pasta sauce to stick to the pasta as well.

You can add as much cayenne  pepper to the dish as you’d like. It all depends on how much heat you want in your dish. Also save a few sprigs of Cilantro for garnish.
