Kugel

This dish has just an absolute ton of egg noodles and the eggs in it make this a super filling dish that's easy to make. It heats up well, makes a ton and can feed an army. Great choice when you are in a hurry and want something that is delicious and filling.
Ingredients -
2 Pounds Egg Noodles
1 Cup Butter (softened )
10 Whole Eggs
Salt, Pepper and Garlic to taste
 
Preparation:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil.

3. Add egg noodles and cook for 10 to 12 minutes or until al dente.

4. Drain in a colander.

5. In a bowl mix together the butter, eggs, and cooked egg noodles.

6. Stir until blended.

7. Season to desired perfection.

8. Pour in 2 9x9 inch baking pans.

9. Bake for one hour.

How many people do you plan on serving? Make sure you know this before you go out and purchase your groceries. It takes about 4 ounces of dry pasta per person, in other words approximately 1 pound of past will feed about 4 people. Adjust your purchase accordingly.

Make sure that when you are cooking your water you use plenty of water. You want to at least use 4 quarts of water per pound of pasta so that it doesn’t stick together. Always start out with cold water. Add a teaspoon of salt to help it boil faster and make sure you do not add the pasta until the water is at a rolling boil. This will make for the best pasta to serve your guests.
