Cooking Tip
Steamed Artichokes
I love to serve this dish with steamed artichokes as a side dish. You might want to start them early. It take approximately 35 to 45 minutes to steam a large artichoke to perfection so that the leaves are tender and you can easily pull off the leaves and eat the tender goodness inside. Serve it with 2 dips, first being melted butter with garlic and fresh ground black pepper and the next use mayonnaise with a little horseradish in it. You will love the different combinations.

Cooking Tip
Tiger Prawns
Obviously I am partial to using Tiger Prawns in this recipe but you can change the shrimp to chicken if you like. It is absolutely awesome with tofu if you are a vegetarian! Or if you are really in the mood for a treat make a mixture of shrimp and scallops. Just fry the scallops right along with the shrimp…..make sure to flip them at about the same time…they take approximately the same time to cook. I came up with this on my own one night. You can change the amount of ingredients to your taste or liking.
